A traditional Scottish fruit pudding often associated with Christmas and Hogmanay. Delicious at any time of year.

Hand-made in Scotland.

The word "Clootie" comes from the Scots word "cloot" or "clout" meaning cloth. The pudding is made by steaming it in a cloth. They used to be cooked in a pot over an open fire. This one can be microwaved, boiled or is delicious fried!
